Eli-Wrap Pipe Repair Bandages are a fast action emergency pipe repair system that stops leaks instantly
It’s so simple to use, with no mixing or measuring required. Eli-Wrap has a woven fibreglass substrate impregnated with a water activated polyurethane resin. It’s ability to perform effectively in emergency situations greatly reduces costly downtime and production loss and because of the products ease of use, it can be applied by practically any apprentice applicator.
Because successful repairs are possible within 20 minutes, it should be made available to all maintenance staff within your industry. Eli-Wrap is an ideal product to be kept onsite for emergencies.

Mixing
Wear the gloves provided and knead the required amount of steel putty to a homogeneous state.
Application
Open the pouch and immerse the Eli-Wrap Bandage in fresh water for 10 seconds to activate. The entire contents must be used once the package is opened. Apply kneaded Steel Putty to cover the leak site. Then apply the Eli-Wrap Bandage around the damaged area, extending up to 50mm either side of the leak to ensure complete coverage. It is important that the bandage is applied quickly as curing begins once it is taken out of the water.
