The Vuba 1m2 Resin Bound Resin Kits are perfect for landscapers, builders and DIY enthusiasts to create fantastic resin bound surfaces without expensive equipment.
Each 1m2 Resin Bound Resin Kit is 1.75kg in size and mixes 25kg aggregate. Laid at 15mm, each mix of resin and aggregate covers 1m2.
You require a plasterer’s style drill and paddle for mixing, a gauging trowel for scraping out, a flooring trowel for application and hot soapy water and a brush for cleaning your trowel during application.

STEP 01
Prepare Your Area
Before you begin, ensure the installation area is clean, dry, stable and free from contamination.
✅ Clean & Dry
Remove dust, dirt, moss, oil and debris.
✅ Check The Weather
Dry conditions are required for at least 24 hours.
✅ Install Your Edging
Fit all required restraints before mixing.
⚠ Be Ready Before Mixing
Once activated, the resin has a limited working time.
STEP 02
Prepare Your Base
Concrete
Fully cured, stable and dry.
Asphalt / Tarmac
Sound, stable and free from loose stone.
MOT Type 3
Fully compacted and free draining.
Other Solid Bases
Stable paving and suitable external substrates.
MOT Type 3: Increase installation depth to 30mm.
STEP 03
Mix Part A + B
Pour Part A and Part B into a clean mixing container and blend thoroughly until smooth.

Approx. 45 Minutes Working Time
⚠ Working time varies based on temperature and weather conditions.
STEP 04
Add Your Aggregate
Add aggregate to the mixed resin and blend thoroughly using a drill and paddle mixer.

03 Ensure all stones are evenly coated.
STEP 05
Pour & Spread
Pour the mixed material onto the prepared surface and spread evenly.
⚠ Keep a wet edge and work continuously to avoid visible joints.
STEP 06
Trowel & Finish
Use a steel finishing trowel to compact and smooth the resin bound surface.

Apply consistent pressure across the installation.
✅ CREATE A SMOOTH FINISH
Carefully level the surface.
✅ KEEP YOUR TROWEL CLEAN
Clean regularly using hot soapy water.
