Surface Preparation
All surfaces should be clean, dry and free from any contaminants and surface laitance. Remove grease and oil using Bio-Clean Degreaser. Previously painted surfaces should be sound. Any loose, flaking paint should be removed prior to application.
Mixing
Empty the smaller container into the larger container and mix thoroughly. Part mixing is not normally recommended (speak to the technical department if this is required). Use an electric drill and mixing blade to stir. If electric drill is unavailable use a wide bladed tool and mix thoroughly for several minutes. In all cases ensure that the sides and base are scrapped to incorporate all the mixture.
Application
Apply by brush working well into the substrate. Apply thickly over any minor cracks and joints. One coat is generally sufficient to produce a watertight seal. A second coat may be required over porous or rough surfaces in order to produce a continuous coat.
